TEACH ME TO BE HAPPY

Being a mother and a WOMAN, I have a not very  good habit of pushing my opinions on everything from Yogi Adiyanath to Rakhi Sawant.( everything Indian not expanded my horizons yet.)

My opinions may come straight as an icing on the cake or sandwiched between breads or totally mixed up with batter to spread on the tava.(again not hungry here though you may feel a pang.)

So here I come up with a checklist on WHAT WE SHOULD TEACH OUR CHILDREN?

( P.S.-I'm not talking academics. )

1. Teach your child to HATE coz they can't love corruption, terrorism, pollution, population and similar noun forms.

2. Teach your child to GET LOST coz only after getting lost do we truly discover ourselves.

3. Teach your child to DAY DREAM coz a vision is born out of day dreaming otherwise it's just an eyesight.

4. Teach your child to be LONELY coz good friends siblings are a limited version and counsellors a costlier one.

5. Teach your child to TEACH YOU coz the next version of Apple can be learned from them only.

6. Teach your child to GIVE coz only when they learn to give what they don't need, will they receive what they need i.e. HAPPINESS.

7. Teach your child to SCREAM and SHOUT so that the world knows the next Lincoln or Mahatma is born. Remember sound waves travel, there are no silence waves.

( Finger on your lips is out here. )

8. Teach your child to PRETEND coz pretending not to know is far better than pretending to know.

9. Teach your child to be SLOW coz a melting ice cream is enjoyed slowly, a drizzle is enjoyed slowly and finally falling in love as you all must have experienced is also enjoyed slowly.

( To top it all Slow and steady wins the Race. )

10. Teach your child to EAT not only food matter  but also your brains so that you become easy targets for OPINIONATED DOCTORS  like me.
